Ernie has held sales, marketing, and leadership roles while holding various titles that include Sales Representative, Marketing Manager, District Sales Manager, Regional Business Director, Vice-President Sales & Marketing, and Senior Director Strategic Accounts.
Each role has provided Ernie with specific experience in understanding the significance of recruiting, hiring and retaining high performing sales representatives, marketers, and leaders. He understands the impact a hire has on an organization, both internally and externally, and believes there is nothing more important than hiring people who truly fit into an organization’s culture.
